in Udaipur. The project demanded not only creativity and precision but also efficiency in delivering eight presentations within a tight timeframe
The primary challenge we faced in design development was to create something distinctive from the previous conference while infusing dynamism and engagement. It was crucial to maintain continuity yet ensure a fresh, dynamic appeal that resonated with the audience.
The theme of the conference, "Changing GearS," served as the foundation for our design language.Our goal was to seamlessly integrate this concept into the visual narrative.

To convey the theme of "Changing Gear" and moving forward, we strategically utilized arrow elements and dynamic lines in our design. The metallic treatment applied to the fonts aimed to evoke the image of metal gears or parts, creating a visual synergy with the overarching theme.
The execution phase posed a unique challenge. In the eleventh hour, we encountered a hurdle regarding how the presentations would appear on the screen. Given the constraints of a small ballroom, we had to adapt and run the presentations in a 16:9 size, displayed three times on the expansive 80ft wall.
