Bringing the Alcazar Facelift to Life

The Hyundai Alcazar Media Drive 2024 was designed to generate press coverage for the newly launched Alcazar facelift. Our role was to enhance the event’s presentations, ensuring that the technical details were conveyed in an engaging and visually striking manner.

The Challenge of Real-Time Adaptation

Working on-site meant staying flexible and adaptive. The event saw last-minute additions of nearly 20 slides, even during live sessions. This led to an intense 48-hour sprint, where we worked through the night to ensure every new element was seamlessly integrated.

Turning Static into Dynamic

To make Hyundai’s presentations more visually compelling, we leveraged After Effects to add dynamic elements like shine and glow to static images of the car. This technique highlighted key features seamlessly on screen, ensuring that attendees could grasp the information effortlessly.

Enhancing Audience Engagement

By turning a technical-heavy presentation into a visually interactive experience, we helped media representatives engage better with the content. The refined visuals, transitions, and motion elements ensured that the audience retained key highlights without effort.

End Result

Hyundai was thrilled with the execution, extending a special thanks both in person and  virtually. Beyond the event’s success, this project was a valuable learning curve—allowing us to travel to Udaipur and work with an automotive giant like Hyundai, further refining our expertise in event-driven design and real-time execution.
