KIA set out to do something special for their dealers—not just another business meeting, but an experience that would energize, inspire, and drive them toward greater success. They wanted their dealer network to leave the conference feeling motivated and deeply connected to the brand’s vision.
To make this happen, they partnered with Inkppt. Over an intense two-week sprint, a team of 11 experts designed 200+ slides tailored for a 15,000+ pixel-wide display, ensuring a visually immersive and engaging experience. Every detail was crafted to seamlessly deliver key messages while keeping the audience captivated.
In the end, this wasn’t just a presentation—it was an inspiring journey, leaving KIA’s dealers ready to take on new challenges and elevate their performance for the year ahead.
The key challenges of the project included splitting slides into three sections while managing varying resolutions within a tight 48-hour sprint. Additionally, there were issues with centre screen overlap, file rendering complications, and last-minute changes that required quick adjustments. The use of low-resolution assets posed a challenge, especially with the need for hyper-customization to meet specific client requirements. Despite these hurdles, ensuring a seamless presentation remained a top priority.
